RallyUp ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information to provide our services:
- Device Identifier: A randomly generated identifier stored locally on your device. This is used solely to enforce free-tier usage limits and is not linked to any personal information.
- User-Provided Content: The goals and obstacles you enter to generate motivational speeches. This content is processed to create your personalized speech but is not stored on our servers after generation.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Contacts or address book
- Photos, files, or other media
- Browsing history
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide our app functionality:
- OpenAI: To generate motivational speech text based on your input. Your goals and obstacles are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
- ElevenLabs: To convert generated text into spoken audio.
- Apple (StoreKit): To process in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple.
These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
Data Storage
- Local Storage: Saved speeches are stored locally on your device only.
- No Cloud Sync: We do not sync your data across devices or store it on external servers.
- Temporary Processing: Audio files are temporarily stored during generation and delivered to your device, then deleted from our servers.
Data Retention
We do not retain your personal data. The device identifier is stored locally on your device and can be reset by reinstalling the app.
Children's Privacy
RallyUp is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
