By downloading, installing, or using RallyUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

RallyUp is an AI-powered motivational speech generator. The app creates personalized audio speeches based on your goals and obstacles using artificial intelligence technology.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: RallyUp provides AI-generated motivational content intended for inspiration and reflection only. The content:

• Is NOT a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise)
• Should NOT be used for urgent, high-risk, or life-altering decisions
• May occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate output
• Should be used with your own judgment at all times

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the AI-generated content.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 speeches per week, short length only, and limited coach options.
• Premium Subscription: $4.99/month for unlimited speeches, all coaches, longer speeches, unlimited saves, and sharing features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use RallyUp to:

• Generate content promoting self-harm, violence, or illegal activities
• Create explicit sexual content
• Produce hate speech or discriminatory content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization

6. Content Ownership

• The speeches generated for you are yours to use personally.
• We retain no ownership of your generated content.
• The app, its design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyUp and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
